Refund policy
Here at Newland Rural Outfitters, we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. You are welcome to exchange goods if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. You have 30 days from date of purchase to do this.
All approved returns will be issued with a store credit for the value of the goods, which does not expire, so there is no rush to use it. Please note we do not refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at newlandruraloutfitters@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
When emailing us about your return item, please specify what size to be replaced with.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, once approved we will send you an email with the code for your store credit.
